All of DTGUSA.COM products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. after 30 days customer should contact manufacture directly for warranty replacement/repair service, unless otherwise noted. Following products are not covered: * Retail boxed products like Processors, Video Card, Printers, Digital Camera, DVD-RAM/RW, Opened Software, CRT and LCD monitors. Customers agree that these items can only be returned to manufacturers for replacement/repair. Except in cases of shipping wrong item or clear shipping damage. * No return for products like CDR/RW Media, DVD-R/RAM/RW Media, Lamps, appearance or structural items, such as housing, case or frame, decorative parts, add-on items, accessories or attachments. * Any product(s) that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification. Over clocking or improper installation of CPU fans will cause CPUs to crack or burn. All burnt and cracked CPUs are not eligible for replacement or refund. Refunds only issues with in 7 days after invoice date, 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds. Shipping & return shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases. Shipping damages: All packages are inspected before shipping to ensure they are in good condition. If you receive a damaged package, please note the problem when signing the receipt and inform both DTGUSA.COM and the freight carrier. All claims must be made within two (2) days of delivery. Keep all boxes and packaging until further advised. Shipping error, missing parts or product mismatch, must be reported to DTGUSA.COM within (2) business days of delivery. If you have received an item and you think it is defective, please contact the technical support department at the manufacturer or us before request an RMA number. More than 70% of our returns turn out to be working after our technicians tested them. We do not guarantee against incompatibility since we do not know your system configuration so please check with the manufacturer to find out if the product you want will work with your system. If we receive an item that is tested to be non-defective, we will return the same item back to the customer after the $25 handling fee is paid.
